At ProFleet Services, we strive to provide the best service and products to our customers. Due to the nature of our services and products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

No Returns

• All sales are final. We do not accept returns on any items or services once they have been purchased.

• We do not offer refunds for any products or services once a transaction has been completed.

California-Specific Requirements
  1. Estimates:
    • Before beginning any repairs, we will provide you with a written estimate showing the estimated price for parts and labor and obtain your authorization.
  2. Invoices:
    • After completing all repairs, we will provide you with an invoice showing the final price for parts and labor.
  3. Return of Replaced Parts:
    • You can request the return of any parts replaced during the repair. Be sure to ask for these parts before authorizing the estimate.
  4. Refund Policy Disclosure:
    • Our no-return and no-refund policy is clearly displayed in our shop and on our website, in compliance with California Civil Code section 1723.
Warranty Information

• Warranties on parts and labor are provided by the manufacturer. Please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty documentation for specific details.
